An opportunity to talk in confidence with a professional therapist can be very beneficial in helping you to talk through concerns, experiences and feelings, or maybe helping you to reach a decision. The focus is very much on solution-building rather than problem-solving. The process is forward-looking, helping you to use your own resources to plan and build your future.

Sessions usually last for an hour and can be spaced out to suit your schedule. The process can be a short term intervention and will usually start with about 6 sessions before we review how you are feeling and consider the way forward. Issues that can be addressed are as diverse as our clients, but may include:

  • Communication difficulties
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Behavioural problems
  • Relationship difficulties
